Who we serve
Reflections Residential Living admits residents to our Memory Care program who have needs related to Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, or other cognitive impairment. We ensure that residents can be safely and appropriately served in accordance with Nebraska statutes, assisted living regulations, and our licensed scope of service. Our intimate setting is ideal for those seeking personalized and consistent care.

Personalized & tailored activities
Reflections Residential Living offers structured and personalized activities tailored specifically for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. These activities aim to enhance comfort, dignity, meaningful engagement, preserved abilities, social connection, and overall quality of life. Our activities are developed using a person-centered approach, taking into account each resident’s cognitive abilities and current level of functioning, personal history and life experiences, previous hobbies and interests, cultural and spiritual preferences, communication style, physical abilities, daily routines and preferences, and emotional wellbeing. We encourage residents to engage in activities at their own comfort level. Participation is entirely voluntary, and activities can be adapted or modified to accommodate changing needs.
