Our journey to creating a home away from home
My co-owner, Julie, and I have individually run successful home care companies and now collaborate on Way to Stay Homecare. Through our experiences, we recognized a significant need for exceptional, personalized care within a truly homelike environment. Our vision was to create a place that felt beautiful, warm, and deeply comforting, offering a unique blend of professional support and genuine familiarity. This shared passion brought us together a couple of years ago, inspiring us to embark on this journey and establish Reflections Residential Living.

At Reflections Residential Living, our mission is rooted in a home-centered approach, providing the warmth and familiarity of a beautiful residence paired with personalized memory support tailored to each individual. We believe that memory care should be deeply personal, comforting, and familiar. Our philosophy is to honor the lifetime of experiences, routines, and relationships each resident brings with dignity and thoughtful attention. Here, comfort is intentional, relationships are genuine, and every day is experienced with compassion, dignity, and purpose.
Our dedicated team and commitment to care
The Reflections Residential Living team is comprised of compassionate professionals dedicated to meeting the specific needs of residents with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. We maintain intentional higher staffing ratios to ensure our caregivers have ample time to truly connect with and get to know each resident in a safe, supportive, and homelike environment. During waking hours (6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.), our facility maintains a ratio of approximately one direct care caregiver for every 3.33 residents. Additionally, at least one Certified Medication Aide (CMA) is always scheduled and available on-site during waking hours, ensuring comprehensive and attentive care.
